What We Offer

• Paid orientation: $300
• Short haul pay: $30 for loads under 100 miles

Routes

• Dedicated lanes in New Mexico, Colorado, and Texas
• Walmart loads

Home Time
Home weekly. Specific home time is confirmed before each run and can vary with loads, location, and scheduling.

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• No driving experience required, we train
• Must be at least 21 years old (federal interstate commerce requirement)
• Current DOT medical examiner's certificate

On the Road

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
• Pick up and deliver loads on assigned dedicated routes
• Drop and hook trailers at Walmart locations
• Follow DOT, FMCSA, company, and safety regulations
• Communicate with dispatch about load status, delays, and delivery updates
• Keep equipment clean and report maintenance concerns when needed
• Complete required trip paperwork and inspections
• Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Pay may vary based on experience, miles, route availability, safety, and overall performance.
