Dedicated Front of House Coordinator

Join our team as a Dedicated Front of House Coordinator and become a key ambassador for our business. In this exciting mobile role, you'll receive comprehensive training to support 29 prestigious client sites across our portfolio, delivering exceptional front-of-house experiences wherever you're needed. No two days are the same as you build relationships, provide outstanding customer service, and ensure every workplace maintains the highest professional standards.

You’ll be part of a dedicated cover team of 1 with a Team Leader supporting your journey.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 hours (Monday-Friday, on a shift rota basis between 7 AM – 7 PM).

Salary: £34,400 per annum

Main responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience, providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and employees.
• Manage enquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.
• Maintain strong knowledge of site operations and facilities to support and direct visitors effectively.
• Work closely with colleagues and management, escalating issues and sharing updates as required.
• Report and monitor maintenance, cleaning, and facility-related requests to ensure a safe and well-maintained workplace.
