Queen of Cleaning is a woman-owned residential cleaning company in the Fox Cities, voted Best in the Valley 7 years running. We're not a corporate cleaning chain. We leave handwritten notes at every clean, we make gifts for our customers by hand, and we eat snacks during meetings.

We're hiring a Deep Clean Specialist: the person who handles our biggest, most detailed cleans. Deep cleans are often a customer's very first experience with us, so this role sets the standard for everything we do. If you live for a dramatic before-and-after, this is your job.

✨What the role looks like

• You complete our deep cleanings, always with a fellow Deep Clean Specialist or another experienced tech. Big jobs are never done alone.
• No recurring homes. When there's no deep clean on the schedule, you support first-time and one-time cleans, cover homes for absent teammates, and help teams with long days. (there are occasional exceptions to this, of course)
• Your schedule follows a clear priority order. Flexibility is part of the job, but you won't be the default backup for everything.

✨ What you'll do

• Plan and complete deep cleanings to Queen of Cleaning standards, efficiently and safely
• Document your work with detailed notes and photos
• Communicate clearly and kindly with customers, teammates, and management
• Hold a high bar for quality and keep it there

✨ Training
You will start with 'general training' and once you've gratuated from that you'll go through hands-on deep cleaning training in the field with our DCS team/Field Manager, covering our standards, planning, and documentation tools. Our leadership team supports you from day one.

✨ Requirements

• Valid driver's license and a reliable, licensed, insured vehicle
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and kneel throughout the day
• Comfortable working in homes with pets
• Smartphone with data
• Live within about 45 minutes of our Kaukauna office
• Able to pass a background check
• Available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
