Delegate Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

l Generate leads and identify new business

opportunities within the events ecosystem.

l Pitch the client's services to event agencies, brands,

and prospective clients.

l Secure vendor empanelment with agencies and

organisations for event manpower services.

l Manage and strengthen client relationships to drive

long-term business growth.

l Collaborate with the Events and Operations teams to

ensure seamless execution of client requirements.

l Develop and present proposals, pitch decks, and

commercial cost estimates tailored to client needs.

l Track market trends and identify opportunities for

business growth.

l Drive revenue targets and contribute to expanding the

client's portfolio.

Preferred candidate profile

l 2-8 years of relevant experience in business development,

preferably within the events industry.

l Strong business acumen and a good understanding of the

events industry.

l Experience in preparing pitch decks, business proposals,

and commercial cost estimates.

l Proficiency in business planning and business

development strategies.

l Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and

identify growth opportunities.

l Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership

skills.

l Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented

environment.
