Deli Chef – Part Time (Mornings, Mon–Fri)Sonora Cafe and Kitchen, Kensal Green, NW10

Sonora is a busy neighbourhood café, kitchen and deli on College Road. We make everything fresh each morning: sandwiches, rolls, toasties, salads, bowls, bakes and dips. We're looking for an experienced deli chef to run that morning prep with us.

The role

• 5 mornings a week, Monday to Friday, 20–25 hours
• Working through the daily make list: deli counter, grab-and-go and takeaway items
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and compliant, including labelling, allergens and temperature checks

You'll need

• Proven experience in a deli, café or busy kitchen
• To be quick and organised, with high standards under time pressure
• Food Hygiene Level 2 or above
• To live locally (Kensal Green, Harlesden, Willesden, Kensal Rise or nearby)
• What we offer
• London Living Wage: £14.80/hour, rising with each annual increase
