RHW Retail & Vegan Café is looking for a dependable, energetic Deli Line & Prep Associate to join our team!

We’re a fast-growing plant-based café and deli serving fresh sandwiches, wraps, bowls, smoothies, and house-made plant-based foods. We keep things fun and relaxed, but when orders start coming in, we move fast and work as a team.

This is a great position for someone who enjoys working with food, likes staying busy, takes pride in keeping their station clean, and can bring a positive attitude to work.

Experience is great, but we're willing to train the right person.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build sandwiches, wraps, bowls, and other menu items to order
• Prep vegetables, sauces, toppings, proteins, and other ingredients
• Follow RHW recipes, portions, and presentation standards
• Keep the deli line stocked and ready for service
• Complete daily food prep and storage
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Help with dishes and general kitchen cleanup when needed
• Work with the team to keep orders moving during busy periods
• Restock and prepare the line for the next shift

You do not have to be vegan to work at RHW — you just need to be open to learning about plant-based food and excited about creating great food for our customers.
