Deli Manager

Seabra’s Market is looking for an experienced, hands-on Deli Manager to lead our deli department.

We are looking for someone with strong supermarket deli experience who understands high-volume operations, merchandising, ordering, inventory and labor management. The right candidate should be able to build a strong team while improving sales, service and profitability.

Responsibilities

* Manage all daily deli operations

* Lead, train and schedule deli employees

* Manage ordering, inventory and product availability

* Oversee production and prepared foods

* Maintain excellent freshness, quality and presentation

* Control shrink, waste and labor

* Maintain strong merchandising and displays

* Drive department sales and profitability

* Maintain food safety, sanitation and company standards

* Deliver excellent customer service

Qualifications

* Previous deli management experience

* Supermarket deli experience strongly preferred

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Experience managing a high-volume department

* Ability to manage inventory, shrink and labor

* Organized, dependable and hands-on

* Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
