PRALET is a deli and bakery. We're known for sourdough sandwiches, sourdough donuts and coconut-based smoothies. We’ve operations in both Singapore and Bangkok. We're building the systems, team and standards to grow across South East Asia.

Operations Supervisor Role

You will run day-to-day operations for PRALET by Creative Culinaire Academy Singapore. You'll lead the operations team and own operational performance (sales, costs, quality, people and customer experience). This is a hands-on role, and you will work closely with our management team.

JobResponsibilities

Outlet Operations

Oversee daily operations including opening and closing standards, service flow and product availability

Make sure SOPs are followed and keep improving them for service, food safety, hygiene

Make sure inventory and weekly stock take are done

Ordering beverage and packaging supplies

People and team leadership

Lead and manage your operations team

Plan and schedule staff rosters to meet minimum daily crew levels

Oversee attendance and timekeeping for both full and part timers

Quality and customer experience

Ensure customer service and product standards are followed and maintain at all times

Keep delivery operations on Grab and Foodpanda running smoothly, including menu accuracy, prep times and ratings

Cross-functional

Work with Sales & Marketing on campaign execution, product launches, collaborations, and B2B/event fulfilment

Report weekly to the COO on operations KPIs, issues and recommendations

Attracting and retaining older workers by creating inclusive workplaces.
