Duties

• Prepare and assemble deli products, including slicing meats and cheeses, salads, and other specialty items with precision and care
• Manage customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely service while maintaining a friendly attitude
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, including food handling areas, kitchen equipment, and storage spaces in compliance with food safety standards
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including slicers, ovens, refrigerators, and food prep tools

Requirements

• Prior experience in food preparation or food service is highly preferred; experience in quick service or fast-food environments is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell products confidently
• Familiarity with food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain a clean workspace at all times
