What they need
- Menyiapkan & menerbitkan dokumen pengiriman serta memastikan keabsahan sebelum barang keluar
- Menyusun jadwal, rute pengiriman, alokasi armada/ expedisi dan memantau status pengiriman hingga diterima pelanggan
- Melakukan pekerjaan administrasi dokumen tanda terima, retur & klaim, serta menindaklanjuti kiriman bermasalah
- Menginput data ke sistem (ERP/ WMS) & menyusun laporan pengiriman harian/ bulanan
QUALIFICATION :
- Teliti & tertib administrasi, menjaga akurasi dokumen dan kerapian arsip
- Mahir Ms. Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot table) & terbiasa mengoperasikan sistem ERP/ WMS
- Memahami alur & dokumen distribusi (DO, Faktur, POD, retur), paham CDOB jadi nilai tambah
- Mampu berkomunikasi & koordinasi baik dengan driver , ekspedisi, gudang, sales & pelanggan
- Cekatan menangani kiriman bermasalah, disiplin mengikuti SOP
