Delivery Analyst

For our client, we are seeking a Delivery Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will support project and program delivery by maintaining portfolio data, reporting tools, and operational materials that help teams track progress and resource usage. The analyst will partner with project leaders and stakeholders to keep delivery information accurate, organized, and ready for decision-making. This position also contributes to financial, vendor, and readiness-related coordination across complex initiatives.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $112,000 – $168,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Maintain project portfolio data in the enterprise PPM tool
• Build and manage dashboards to track project progress and resource utilization
• Maintain delivery tools and templates with up-to-date schedules
• Compile and distribute status updates and meeting materials
• Maintain consolidated RAID logs and support mitigation tasks
• Coordinate project logistics, including meetings and workshops
• Support financial and vendor tracking as directed
• Assist with documentation updates for operational readiness

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in project coordination or a related role
• Ability to work independently on complex tasks
• Familiarity with project portfolio management tools such as Planview Portfolio
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with spreadsheets and delivery tools
• Clear verbal and written communication
• Basic understanding of Agile delivery concepts
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
