Delivery and Integration Director

Role Overview

The Delivery and Integration Director will lead the execution and delivery of large-scale government programs focused on next-generation biometric identity and intelligent automation solutions across ASEAN/APAC.

The role is responsible for the successful implementation of mission-critical public sector projects, including biometric authentication systems, national ID platforms, border control solutions, and smart infrastructure deployments.

This position requires deep expertise in large-scale system integration, government project delivery, and operationalisation of complex solutions combining biometric technologies (fingerprint, facial, iris recognition) with automation and robotics in areas such as border control, smart cities, law enforcement, and critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of regional government programs, from solution design through integration, deployment, and operational handover.
• Oversee large-scale system integration of biometric and automation solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
• Manage multi-country delivery teams, including engineering, project management, and support functions.
• Engage senior government stakeholders, ministries, and agencies to ensure alignment on project execution and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, procurement requirements, and data protection frameworks.
• Drive delivery excellence across all projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with Business Development to support pre-sales activities, including solutioning, technical proposals, and bid support.
• Establish and manage partnerships with system integrators, automation providers, and infrastructure firms to support project delivery.
• Implement risk management frameworks and ensure proactive mitigation of delivery and operational risks.
• Oversee transition to operations, including Day 2 support, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure the Integration & Delivery team is well-trained, continuously upskilled, and proficient in executing their roles and responsibilities.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in system integration and delivery within IT, biometrics, or automation sectors, with strong government project exposure.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale public sector or national-level systems (e.g., border control, national ID, smart infrastructure).
• Strong expertise in biometric technologies (fingerprint, facial recognition, iris) and intelligent automation systems.
• Deep understanding of government project delivery frameworks, compliance, and procurement environments.
• Experience managing regional or multi-country delivery programs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly with senior government officials.
• Familiarity with digital identity frameworks, system integration architecture, and secure infrastructure deployment.
