Our Delivery & Setup Drivers transport, set up, and tear down everything from large inflatables and tents to tables, chairs, concessions, and other event equipment for parties, festivals, corporate events, schools, and community events throughout Central Ohio.

What You'll Do

As a Delivery & Setup Driver, you will be responsible for safely and professionally completing event deliveries from start to finish.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Driving company vehicles to and from event locations
• Loading and unloading event equipment
• Delivering and setting up inflatables, tents, tables, chairs, concessions, and other rental equipment
• Safely securing and installing equipment according to company procedures
• Completing event setups accurately and efficiently
• Interacting professionally with customers at delivery and pickup
• Inspecting equipment and reporting damage or issues
• Taking required setup photos
• Tearing down events and returning equipment to the warehouse
• Cleaning, organizing, and preparing equipment for future events
• Working as part of a team to complete large or complex setups
• Following safety procedures and company standards
• Adapting to changing schedules, locations, weather, and event requirements

What You Need

• Valid driver's license and a responsible driving history
• Reliable transportation to and from our Columbus location
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull event equipment
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to safely climb stairs and navigate different event locations
• Professional appearance and customer-service attitude
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to comply with company policies, including policies regarding drug and alcohol use

Previous delivery, warehouse, event, construction, landscaping, moving, or other physically active experience is helpful, but not required. We can teach the equipment and procedures to the right person.

The Schedule

This is a seasonal position with highly variable hours because our business changes throughout the year.

During our busy season, shifts may commonly run 8–10 hours. During slower periods, shifts are generally shorter.

Because our events happen when our customers need them, flexibility is essential. You must be willing and able to work varying start times, including early mornings and late evenings, as well as weekends.

We will make reasonable efforts to work with your availability, but this is not a traditional Monday–Friday, 9-to-5 position.
