Delivery & Transfer Planner Administration Internship

About the role

This position will be placed in the Logistics Department.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor inventory transactions for inbound and outbound goods accurately.
• Arrange and communicate product arrival schedules to the main warehouse from both internal and external production.
• Manage delivery plans by adjusting to stock availability and product arrival schedules.
• Create and update daily reports to compare delivery plans versus completed picking activities.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, and delivery planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data processing tools.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
• Willing to intern for 6 months.
• Only open to graduates who are still eligible to register for the MagangHub Batch 3 program.
