The Opportunity

Do you have a Class A or G endorsement licence and enjoy a job where you’re not doing the same thing every day?

We’re looking for a Yard & Delivery Operations Technician to become an important part of our operations team.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that keeps you moving. One day you may be delivering a tractor to a customer, the next you could be picking up equipment, loading or unloading a truck, preparing equipment for delivery, organizing the yard, or helping another department keep things moving.

What You’ll Do

As part of our operations team, you will:

• Deliver and pick up tractors, construction equipment, outdoor power equipment, and other products
• Safely load, secure, transport, and unload equipment
• Assist with day-to-day yard operations
• Receive and organize incoming equipment
• Prepare and stage equipment for customer deliveries
• Help maintain an organized, professional, and efficient yard
• Perform equipment movements between departments and locations
• Interact professionally with customers during deliveries and pickups
• Complete basic inspections and identify concerns before equipment leaves the dealership
• Help solve the unexpected challenges that come with operating a busy equipment dealership
• Take on additional responsibilities as your knowledge and capabilities grow

Who We’re Looking For

We’re less interested in finding someone who checks every box and more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and potential.

Ideally, you have:

• A valid driver’s licence with a Class A or G endorsement
• Experience towing trailers and transporting equipment
• Confidence operating trucks, trailers, tractors, or other equipment
• Strong awareness of safe loading, securement, and transportation practices
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• A strong work ethic and willingness to jump in where needed
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A professional attitude when dealing with customers
• Mechanical or equipment knowledge is an asset, but not required

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, willing to learn, and takes pride in doing a great job.
