Delivery Assistant Manager

Position Overview: The Manager of Delivery oversees the end-to-end service delivery, operational execution, and client account management across all workforce deployment contracts. This executive role is responsible for driving operational excellence, managing profit and loss for delivery operations, expanding client relationships, and leading multi-tiered recruitment and deployment teams to meet strict service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Delivery Leadership: Direct and scale agency-wide service delivery models, ensuring consistent, high-quality manpower supply across commercial, industrial, and specialized sectors.
• P&L & Operational Management: Own the operational budget, manage cost-to-serve metrics, optimize driver/field-staff deployment costs, and maximize gross margin per client account.
• Client Relationship & Account Retention: Serve as the executive escalation point for major key accounts, lead contract renewals, and partner with business development to cross-sell additional staffing solutions.
• Recruitment & Sourcing Alignment: Oversee the synergy between talent acquisition pipelines and deployment schedules to ensure fulfillment rates for large-scale manpower requests.
• Compliance, Risk & Legal Governance: Guarantee strict adherence to national labor laws, workplace health and safety (OSHA) regulations, visa/work permit procedures, and agency-client contracts.
• Team Development & Performance: Lead, mentor, and evaluate operational supervisors, deployment managers, and account leads to build a high-performance leadership .

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in manpower outsourcing, staffing agency operations, or large-scale workforce delivery.
• Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar operational budgets and client portfolios.
• Deep knowledge of labor legislation, employment regulations, workforce contract management, and compliance standards.
• Strong strategic vision, executive presence, and senior stakeholder negotiation skills.
