Role & responsibilities -Delivery Asociate (JD)

• Order Pickup: Collect packages from the warehouse or designated hub.
• Timely Delivery: Ensure safe and on-time delivery of packages to customers.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate politely with customers and obtain signatures or proof of delivery.
• Package Handling: Handle packages carefully to avoid damage during transit.
• Route Management: Plan and follow efficient delivery routes.
• Reporting: Update delivery status in the system and report any issues to the manager.
• Compliance: Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and traffic rules.
