What You'll Do

As a Delivery Associate with JAM Logistics, you'll help make sure customers receive their packages safely, accurately, and on time.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Safely delivering packages to residential and commercial customers
• Loading and organizing packages for your assigned route
• Driving a delivery vehicle safely and responsibly
• Using GPS, navigation, and delivery technology
• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Following assigned routes and delivery schedules
• Safely handling packages weighing up to 50 lbs
• Maintaining a clean and safe delivery vehicle
• Following all company safety policies and procedures
• Communicating with the JAM Logistics team throughout the day

⭐ What We're Looking For

We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals who enjoy working independently and being part of a team.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
• Safe driving record
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work on your feet and stay active throughout a 10-hour shift
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Previous delivery experience is a plus, but NOT required. We provide paid training!
