Delivery Clerk

The Delivery Clerk is responsible for the accurate encoding, recording, and maintenance of delivery related data and documents. The role supports delivery operations by ensuring timely, complete, and reliable documentation needed for monitoring, reporting, billing, and compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Encode delivery details, trip data, and hauling information into the system accurately and on time.
• Record, update, and verify the completeness and correctness of delivery documents such as trip tickets, delivery receipts, and proof of delivery (POD).
• Maintain organized and up-to-date delivery records, both physical and electronic.
• Ensure proper filing, safekeeping, and tracking of delivery documents, including follow-up on missing, incomplete, or delayed documents.
• Coordinate with Delivery Coordinators, drivers, and supervisors to clarify delivery data and discrepancies, and provide data and document status updates as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of delivery summaries, hauling efficiency reports, operational trackers, and support payroll, billing, and reconciliation processes through accurate data inputs.
• Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• At least a vocational course or college level in any business or administrative course.
• Experience in data encoding, clerical work, or logistics documentation is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills, particularly in spreadsheets and data entry systems.
