At Hanson Regan, an award-winning SAP & IT recruitment consultancy, you’ll be the one who makes the placement happen. You’ll take the brief, find the talent and see every contract through from first call to start date. No silos, just focused delivery and the results you create.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering precise resourcing. You’ll take sharp briefs, headhunt specialist SAP and IT talent and get quality shortlists over the line, fast.
• Building talent networks. You’ll grow a trusted pool of SAP and IT contractors who come to you first when a new role opens.
• Driving the delivery cycle. That means sourcing and screening excellent candidates for each role.
• Negotiating like a pro. You’ll agree rates and terms with candidates and protect your margin.
• Building relationships that last. Creating an exceptional candidate experience to ensure you build a long lasting relationship with each candidate.

What You’ll Bring

• 2 to 4 years’ recruitment experience, ideally IT or ERP, with a strong delivery recruitment background
• A track record of delivering placements against target, with strong sourcing and headhunting skills
• Solid knowledge of contract markets: day rates, IR35 and vendor management systems
• Confident communication skills on the phone and in person
• An inherent drive for delivering and constantly improving
• A consultative style, high energy and a positive outlook
