• Job Description

  This position is within the sales department, so it involves a strong sales element, such as coordinating delivery dates with clients.
  Therefore, we are looking for someone with more sales-oriented experience.

  [Customer Service & Delivery Management]

  • Receive customer orders and enter data into the system.
    -Coordinate delivery schedules according to customer requirements.
  • Provide customers with updates on order progress and delivery status.
  • Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

  [Internal Coordination]

  • Coordinate with factories regarding production planning and inventory management.
  • Work closely with the Export Team to ensure smooth export operations.

  [Documentation]

  • Prepare invoices and packing lists accurately and in compliance with company procedures.
  • Support the preparation of other related documents as required.

  [Other Duties]

  • Perform tasks assigned by management.
  • Provide support to team members and departmental activities.

• Requirement

  【Must】

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in delivery control, logistics coordination, or import/export operations within the PCB assembly or electronic components industry.
  • Experience in sales element, such as coordinating delivery dates with clients.
  • Business-level English communication skills.
  • Knowledge of import/export procedures and international trade.

  • Familiarity with ERP or order management systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
