Delivery Coordinator

• Coordinate daily deliveries of tiles, sanitaryware, and other showroom products.
• Verify customer orders, delivery addresses, quantities, and product details before dispatch.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for product availability and order preparation.
• Arrange vehicles and coordinate with drivers and transporters for timely delivery.
• Prepare and maintain delivery schedules and dispatch records.
• Communicate delivery schedules and updates to customers.
• Ensure products are properly packed and handled to avoid damage during transportation.
• Coordinate with customers regarding delivery timing and address confirmation.
• Track dispatched materials and ensure proof of delivery is collected.
• Handle delivery-related customer complaints and coordinate for resolution.
• Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor pending deliveries and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain delivery reports, transportation records, and other related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company delivery procedures and safety standards.
