Job Overview

Perfality Business Solution LLP is seeking a reliable and organized Delivery Coordinator to support daily delivery operations. This role coordinates schedules, communicates with customers, drivers, vendors, and internal teams, and helps ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery schedules, routes, appointments, and service requests
• Communicate with drivers, customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Track deliveries, ETAs, delays, and exceptions
• Prepare and maintain delivery documents, manifests, invoices, and records
• Update logistics systems, spreadsheets, and tracking reports
• Assist with resolving delivery issues and customer requests
• Monitor order and shipment information for accuracy
• Support efficient daily transportation and administrative operations

Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Previous experience in logistics, delivery coordination, transportation, or operations is a plus
