Delivery Coordinator

Overview
COMPASS VAN & STORAGE CORP. is seeking a reliable and organized Delivery Coordinator to support moving, storage, and transportation operations. You’ll coordinate deliveries, communicate with customers and drivers, manage schedules and documentation, and help ensure services are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate deliveries, pickups, moves, and storage services
• Schedule drivers, crews, and transportation resources
• Communicate with customers, drivers, vendors, and warehouse teams
• Track orders, deliveries, inventory, and service updates
• Maintain accurate shipping, moving, storage, and billing records
• Resolve scheduling issues and support smooth daily operations
• Assist with warehouse and transportation coordination

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery, logistics, transportation, moving, or customer service preferred
• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
• Dispatch, TMS, CRM, or inventory system experience is a plus
