Delivery Coordinator

Job Overview

1 COLD STORAGE ROAD LLC. is seeking a reliable and organized Delivery Coordinator to support daily delivery, warehouse, and logistics operations. This role coordinates shipments, drivers, schedules, documentation, and customer updates while helping ensure deliveries are completed accurately, safely, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily deliveries, pickups, and shipment schedules
• Communicate with drivers, carriers, customers, suppliers, and warehouse teams
• Track deliveries, ETAs, delays, and shipment status
• Prepare and maintain delivery, shipping, receiving, and inventory records
• Coordinate loading and unloading activities with warehouse personnel
• Monitor inventory and assist with resolving delivery or product discrepancies
• Maintain accurate information in WMS, ERP, Excel, and logistics systems
• Support temperature-controlled delivery and cold-chain procedures
• Help resolve scheduling, routing, and delivery issues
• Follow company safety, quality, and warehouse procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in delivery coordination, logistics, warehousing, transportation, or distribution preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple deliveries and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Excel and Outlook
• WMS, TMS, ERP, SAP, Oracle, or similar system experience is a plus
• Knowledge of cold-chain logistics and warehouse safety preferred
