About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organized Delivery Coordinator to support our delivery operations and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate delivery-related matters with the factory and sales teams.
- Communicate updates and delivery concerns to the concerned departments.
- Assist in resolving delivery issues and delays through proper coordination.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on delivery status as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
About You
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience.
- College graduate or vocational school graduate.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow up on multiple tasks.
- Able to work effectively with different departments.
- Proficient in basic computer applications.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
