Delivery Coordinator

• Coordinate the complete vehicle delivery process.
• Verify customer documents required for vehicle delivery.
• Coordinate with the Sales Consultants to ensure all delivery requirements are completed before the scheduled delivery.
• Maintain and update the vehicle delivery schedule on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with Accessories, PDI, and Accounts teams for timely completion of processes.
• Ensure the allotted vehicle is available, properly inspected, cleaned, and ready for delivery.
• Coordinate Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and ensure identified issues are rectified before delivery.
• Verify vehicle details such as VIN/chassis number, registration details, model, variant, colour, accessories, and billing information.
• Coordinate installation and confirmation of accessories and additional fitments.
• Prepare and maintain vehicle delivery-related documents and checklists.
• Ensure proper handover of vehicle keys, owner's manual, warranty documents, insurance documents, registration documents, and accessories.
• Coordinate with the Sales Consultant and customer regarding the delivery date and time.
• Maintain accurate records of delivered, pending, and scheduled vehicles.
• Ensure the showroom/delivery area is properly arranged before customer delivery.
• Support the Sales Team in providing a smooth and professional customer delivery experience.
• Handle customer queries related to the delivery process and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, dealership SOPs, and Hyundai delivery standards.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
