Delivery Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery schedules
• Manage communication with drivers and patients regarding deliveries
• Maintain accurate data entry related to shipping & receiving logs,
• Handle customer service inquiries related to delivery statuses, or scheduling changes with professionalism and clear communication.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry, analysis, and reporting purposes
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and internal communication protocols.
• Strong attention to detail in data entry tasks such as typing logs or shipment documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining high standards of customer service.
