Are you organized, quick to solve problems, and comfortable keeping multiple priorities on track? EKHO Infrastructure Solutions is hiring a Delivery Coordinator to support our growing Downingtown operation.

In this role, you’ll coordinate outbound shipments and serve as a key connection between customers, drivers, production, and yard teams. From scheduling trucks to resolving delivery challenges, your work will help ensure our products reach customers accurately and on time.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule and coordinate daily deliveries with customers, contractors, and drivers to meet project and production schedules.
• Prepare load orders and shipping documents, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.
• Work closely with production and yard teams to coordinate shipments and communicate schedule changes.
• Obtain freight quotes, compare pricing, and help onboard new carriers with management approval.
• Track estimated versus actual delivery costs and report results to the Plant Manager.
• Maintain accurate yard inventory, delivery records, and equipment inspection, registration, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Process shipping tickets and trucking invoices for billing and approval.
• Resolve delivery issues and share customer feedback to improve service.
• Provide after-hours coordination support as needed, including responding to calls and coordinating with drivers.

What You Bring

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• An associate degree or technical school education is preferred; related experience or training of two or more years may substitute.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to manage changing priorities and stay focused under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, along with familiarity with ERP/MRP or shipping management systems.
• Attention to detail when preparing and reviewing shipping documents.
• A collaborative approach and professionalism when working with customers, drivers, vendors, and coworkers.

Work Environment

This position is based at an active manufacturing plant and includes office, yard, and production-area activity. Duties may involve standing, walking, sitting, occasional climbing, kneeling, crouching, or crawling, and lifting or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Exposure to outdoor weather, moving equipment, varying temperatures, and moderate to loud noise is expected. After-hours support may be required based on delivery needs.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
