What they need

Geely Epping, part of the award-winning, family-owned Jowett Motor Group, is looking for a fun, bubbly and organised Delivery Coordinator to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organised and creating a positive customer experience. Automotive experience is preferred but not essential.

You’ll play an important role in making vehicle deliveries exciting, seamless and memorable for our customers, while working closely with our sales and dealership teams.

This is a Monday–Friday position, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, offering a great opportunity to grow your career in a supportive dealership environment while maintaining a strong work-life balance.

Why Jowett Motor Group

We back our people properly. Here’s what that looks like:

  • Paid Parental Leave – 12 week's primary carer, 2 weeks secondary
  • Ongoing training and development (online and face-to-face) with real internal career pathways
  • Recognition and team events (BBQs, birthdays, group Christmas party)
  • Retailer discounts across major brands
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • A genuine commitment to supporting women in automotive through our Women in Automotive partnership
  • Leaders who set clear expectations, back you, and want you to succeed

About the role

As our Delivery Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in the customer journey, ensuring every new vehicle delivery is organised, seamless and professionally managed from preparation through to handover.

You’ll work closely with our Sales and Management teams to make sure every vehicle is prepared, presented and delivered to the customer in a professional and exciting way.

No two days are the same. You’ll be coordinating vehicle deliveries, keeping customers updated, preparing paperwork, making sure vehicles are looking their best and helping create a delivery experience our customers will remember.

We are looking for someone with the drive to develop their career. We have incredible training, growth and progression opportunities throughout the group & therefore we’re interested in your personality, attitude and willingness to learn.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate new vehicle deliveries from start to finish
  • Keep customers updated and excited throughout the delivery process
  • Prepare vehicles so they are presented to customers at their very best
  • Complete and coordinate delivery paperwork and documentation
  • Arrange vehicle registration, plates and other delivery requirements
  • Work closely with Sales, Stock Control, Service and Management to ensure deliveries run smoothly
  • Welcome customers and provide a warm, professional experience
  • Assist customers with basic vehicle handover information and features
  • Keep the showroom and delivery areas organised and presentable
  • Help capture the excitement of new vehicle deliveries, including photos and customer moments
  • Assist the wider dealership team on an ad hoc basis
  • Follow dealership processes and compliance requirements

About you

You might be coming from retail, hospitality, administration, customer service, events or another people-focused environment — or you may simply be looking to put your foot in the door within a group who will support your long-term career aspirations.

What matters most is that you:

  • Have a fun, positive and bubbly personality
  • Love talking to people and making them feel welcome
  • Are organised and enjoy keeping things running smoothly
  • Have great attention to detail
  • Are confident, professional and well presented
  • Can juggle multiple tasks without getting overwhelmed
  • Are comfortable using computers and learning new systems
  • Have a proactive “I’ll get it done” attitude
  • Are reliable, punctual and keen to learn
  • Hold a current driver’s licence
  • Are genuinely interested in building a career, not just finding a job

Automotive experience is a bonus, not a must.
