Our products empower financial institutions to streamline Anti Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Financial Crime Compliance, Risk Management, Regulatory Reporting, and Digital Transformation initiatives. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our AML/KYC product team. The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis skills, domain expertise in Banking or Financial Services, and experience working on AML/KYC or Financial Crime Compliance solutions. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, product managers, clients, and engineering teams to deliver regulatory-compliant and customer-centric solutions. Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Delivery Leader to manage end-to-end product/service delivery for enterprise clients. The role will be responsible for client relationships, delivery governance, stakeholder management, risk management, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery within agreed budgets and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of products and services through internal teams, partners, vendors, and subcontractors. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and building strong, long-term relationships. Work closely with Engineering, Product, Professional Services, and Business teams to ensure successful delivery. Manage delivery scope, timelines, budgets, quality, risks, issues, and dependencies as per contracts/SOWs. Drive stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and timely resolution of critical client issues. Establish and improve delivery processes, frameworks, service metrics, reporting, and operational standards. Identify opportunities for process improvement, scalability, asset reuse, and improved delivery efficiency. Support account growth by identifying new business opportunities within existing client accounts and working with Sales teams.

Required Skills: 10+ years of experience in Delivery/Program/Project Management, preferably with product based companies. Strong experience in end-to-end delivery management for enterprise clients. Excellent client and stakeholder management skills. Strong experience in risk, issue, dependency, scope, and change management. Experience managing complex deliveries involving multiple teams, vendors, and partners. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to work in high-risk, complex, and time-constrained environments.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹4,200,000.00 per year
