Delivery Driver (Class 3)

About the role

The Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe, timely and accurate delivery and collection of parcels, goods and other items to and from customers and designated locations across Singapore. The role requires a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence, good knowledge of Singapore roads and a strong commitment to safe driving and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily delivery and collection duties according to assigned routes and schedules.
• Ensure all goods and shipments are checked against the relevant delivery or collection documents before departure.
• Load, secure and unload goods safely to prevent loss or damage.
• Deliver goods accurately and obtain the required proof of delivery, acknowledgement or documentation.
• Handle goods and shipments carefully and report any shortage, damage or discrepancy immediately.
• Plan efficient routes and respond appropriately to changes in delivery schedules or traffic conditions.
• Drive company vehicles safely and comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations.
• Conduct basic daily vehicle checks and promptly report defects, accidents, damage or maintenance requirements.
• Maintain the cleanliness and general condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Ensure vehicle-related documents and delivery records are properly maintained.

About you

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
• Good and safe driving record.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and locations.
• Physically fit and able to load, unload and carry goods where required.
• Responsible, punctual and reliable.
• Able to work independently and manage assigned delivery schedules.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to use mobile applications for navigation, delivery confirmation and work communication.
• Previous delivery, courier or logistics experience is preferred.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends or public holidays when operationally required.
• Work Schedule: 11am to 8pm/12pm to 9pm - or to be further discussed and mutually agreed upon.
