Responsibilities

• Ability to operate a 20-26 ft box truck. To complete deliveries you will be using a hand truck, electric pallet jack and a 4 wheel Dolly, adhering strictly to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safe lifting practices.
• Plan efficient delivery routes using organizational skills to maximize productivity and meet delivery deadlines.
• Load and unload merchandise with care, utilizing heavy lifting techniques to prevent injury and damage.
• Communicate clearly with clients during deliveries, ensuring a positive experience and addressing any questions or concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance needs.
• Follow all safety protocols related to automobile transportation, heavy lifting, and route driving to ensure personal safety and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license (CDL or Non CDL) with a clean driving record; up to 1yr experience in commercial truck driving or retail store delivery is highly preferred.
• Valid DOT medical card
• Strong knowledge of driving routes, traffic laws, and DOT regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordination.
• Experience in retail or merchandising environments is a plus for understanding product handling.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper lifting practices.
• Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries efficiently throughout the day.

Pay: $850.00 - $1,400.00 per week
