Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Retail Distribution Center Delivery Driver to work on a contract basis. This role involves operating a commercial vehicle to transport goods from distribution centers to retail locations. The position requires adherence to safety protocols and timely delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload merchandise from delivery vehicles using manual handling and equipment.

• Verify inventory against delivery documentation to ensure accuracy.

• Operate a Class B commercial vehicle with a trailer to transport goods.

• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, including regular inspections.

• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies during deliveries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with clean driving record.

• Prior experience operating commercial vehicles in a delivery or logistics role.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in physically demanding conditions.

• Strong time management skills to meet scheduled delivery windows.

• Basic proficiency with GPS navigation systems for route planning.
