Moore Services Inc., a contracted Independent Service Provider for FedEx Ground, is actively hiring Delivery Drivers in the Nashville area. This is a stable, full-time position with consistent routes, weekly pay, and advancement opportunities.

Job Description

As a Delivery Driver, you will operate a company vehicle to deliver packages to residential and commercial customers on a designated route. This is a fast-paced, physically active role that requires reliability, safety awareness, and professionalism.

Drivers represent Moore Services Inc. and operate in partnership with FedEx Ground.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle at all times
• Deliver 120–180 packages per day on assigned route
• Load and unload packages from vehicle
• Use handheld scanner to track deliveries
• Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws
• Perform daily vehicle inspections
• Provide professional customer service
• Work independently and manage time effectively

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Ability to pass DOT physical
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs with equipment or assistance
• Reliable and dependable

No CDL required.

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

• Delivery driver experience
• FedEx, Amazon, UPS, DHL, USPS, or similar delivery experience
• Driving cargo vans, box trucks, or step vans
• Landscaping, construction, moving, or other physically active jobs

• Full-time
• 5 days per week
• 8–10 hour shifts
• Weekend availability required
