Delivery Driver – Multi-Drop (Seafood Distribution)

Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Delivery Driver to join our busy transport team, delivering fresh, frozen and dry seafood products to our customers.

This is a multi-drop role in a fast-paced environment where punctuality, professionalism and customer service are critical. You will be the face of the business, building relationships with customers while ensuring deliveries are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out multi-drop deliveries of fresh, frozen and dry products to customers
• Unload goods at delivery points and handle products with care
• Plan and follow delivery routes to ensure on-time deliveries
• Obtain proof of delivery and complete all paperwork accurately
• Maintain regular communication with the Transport Manager
• Collect payments where required and record transactions correctly
• Provide excellent customer service, handling queries or issues professionally
• Collect returns, empty containers, or refused goods where required
• Ensure your vehicle is:
• Clean and presentable
• Road legal and safe to operate
• Checked daily (oil, coolant, etc.)
• Follow all health & safety, food hygiene and driving regulations
• Assist with loading vehicles where required

What We’re Looking For

• Full UK driving licence (clean licence preferred or no more than 6 points)
• Experience in multi-drop delivery driving (preferred but not essential)
• Strong timekeeping and reliability (this is non-negotiable)
• Good level of fitness – this is a hands-on role involving lifting and unloading
• Confident dealing with customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight delivery schedules
• Good attention to detail for paperwork and delivery accuracy
