DELIVERY DRIVER — NOW HIRING

VIA TRANSPORTATION LLC is seeking reliable, professional, and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our growing delivery operation.

We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, understand the importance of attendance and accountability, and are committed to providing timely and professional delivery service.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must:

• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Have a reliable personal vehicle
• Maintain valid automobile insurance
• Have a reliable smartphone with data/service
• Successfully complete a background check
• Be able to safely lift, carry, and transport packages
• Be dependable and able to work independently
• Maintain professional communication with management, team leads, and customers
• Be able to consistently meet route and delivery expectations

SCHEDULE & ATTENDANCE

This is a 5-day-per-week position.

Drivers are required to:

• Work a minimum of 5 days per week
• Be available for weekend assignments as scheduled
• Work at least 2 weekends per month
• Report to the pickup location on time
• Standard pickup time is 6:00 AM
• Be prepared to begin work immediately upon arrival
• Complete the routes they accept

Reliability and attendance are essential requirements of this position.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivery Drivers are responsible for:

• Arriving at the pickup location on time
• Scanning and properly processing packages
• Loading and organizing packages efficiently
• Following assigned routes and delivery instructions
• Delivering packages accurately and professionally
• Completing required delivery documentation and photographs
• Properly reporting delivery exceptions
• Completing assigned routes within the required timeframe
• Returning undelivered packages according to company procedures
• Communicating promptly when issues arise

DELIVERY PHOTO REQUIREMENTS

When required by the delivery system, drivers must provide clear and accurate delivery photographs, including:

Photo 1: Shipping label and barcodePhoto 2: Front of the delivery propertyPhoto 3: Package placed at the delivery location

Photos must be clear, properly positioned, and unobstructed.

ROUTE COMPLETION & ACCOUNTABILITY

Once a driver accepts a route, they are responsible for completing that route unless management authorizes otherwise.

Failure to complete an assigned route may result in disciplinary action and/or adjustment of compensation in accordance with company policy when another driver is required to complete the remaining work.

Drivers are also expected to follow all reasonable instructions provided by management and designated team leads.

SAFETY & PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

VIA TRANSPORTATION LLC maintains a zero-tolerance approach toward unsafe or dishonest conduct.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Reckless or unsafe driving
• Speeding or other dangerous driving practices
• Using a phone while driving
• Falsifying delivery scans or photographs
• Falsifying delivery information
• Mishandling or losing packages
• Repeatedly abandoning or failing to complete routes
• Repeated attendance violations
• Refusing reasonable job-related instructions
• Unprofessional conduct toward customers, coworkers, or management

Serious violations may result in immediate termination.

PACKAGE RETURNS

Any package that cannot be successfully delivered must be processed and returned according to company procedures.

Drivers are responsible for ensuring undelivered packages are returned within the required timeframe. Failure to properly return packages may result in disciplinary action or applicable charges under company policy.

COMPENSATION

• Paid weekly
• Paid per package
• Earnings are based on packages and routes completed
• Consistent attendance and route completion are essential to maintaining reliable earnings
