We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering pizza orders to customers promptly and accurately. Your primary goal is to ensure a positive experience for our customers by providing efficient and friendly service. Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver pizza orders to customers at various locations within the designated area.
• Ensure that orders are accurate and complete before leaving the restaurant.
• Deliver orders in a timely manner, adhering to estimated delivery times.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers politely and addressing any questions or concerns professionally.
• Handle payments and process transactions accurately when required.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations during deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with the restaurant staff regarding delivery status or any issues encountered during deliveries.
• Assist with other restaurant duties as needed, including packing orders and maintaining cleanliness in the delivery area.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle with valid registration and insurance (if applicable).
• Good knowledge of local streets and routes within the delivery area.
• Strong time management skills to ensure timely deliveries.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple deliveries efficiently.
• Physical ability to lift and carry food orders, sometimes over stairs or uneven surfaces.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or peak hours as needed.
