Delivery Driver

Join Lead the Way Logistics Inc., a trusted Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) in Idaho Falls! We're seeking motivated Delivery Drivers to join our team. No CDL is required - we provide full training and everything you need to succeed.

Location: 3700 S Pioneer Rd, Idaho Falls, ID

Compensation: $22.50/hr plus benefits

What You'll Do as a Delivery Driver:

• Begin and end your day at our convenient warehouse location
• Drive an Amazon-branded delivery vehicle (provided)
• Deliver 250-350 packages daily on your assigned route
• Provide excellent customer service throughout your delivery area
• Work 4-5 days per week, 10.5-hour shifts
• Follow all safety protocols and delivery procedures

Delivery Driver Requirements (No CDL Needed):

• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs
• Available to work weekends
• Comfortable with flexible scheduling (including evenings past 8 PM)
• Team player with strong communication skills
