Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to residential and commercial locations across designated routes
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and timeliness
• Engage with customers courteously, providing friendly service and answering questions about products or services
• Handle heavy lifting of packages or merchandise, ensuring items are loaded and unloaded securely
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, delivery logs, and route documentation
• Upsell additional products or services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and sales goals
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding delivery status or any issues encountered during routes

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent driving certification with a clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of route driving, navigation tools, and traffic laws
• Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members
• Basic math skills for handling pricing calculations and inventory counts
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading and unloading processes
• Organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries and maintain accurate documentation
• Prior experience in commercial driving or military service is a plus, demonstrating discipline and reliability

Pay: $7.25 - $10.00 per hour
