Duties

• Safely operate various vehicles, including commercial trucks and automobiles, adhering to all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safe lifting practices.
• Deliver products efficiently along designated routes, ensuring on-time arrivals and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with merchandising and product placement at retail stores, enhancing the shopping experience for customers.
• Engage with clients professionally to communicate delivery details, answer questions, and build lasting relationships.
• Handle heavy lifting with proper techniques to load and unload goods securely while maintaining safety standards.
• Upsell additional products or services when appropriate to maximize sales opportunities during deliveries.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and inventory records to support organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or appropriate automobile transportation credentials with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in commercial driving, route driving, or retail store delivery roles.
• Strong math skills for pricing calculations, inventory counts, and basic transaction processing.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper lifting practices.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance standards for commercial truck driving.
• Demonstrated organizational skills to manage routes efficiently and keep accurate records.
• Prior experience in sales or upselling is a plus for enhancing customer interactions.

Pay: $26.74 - $32.20 per hour
