Delivery Driver

Overview

Join the largest Fedex Delivery Team for the Eastside as a Delivery Driver and become a vital link between our company and valued customers! We are growing and need to add to our existing team. Our new fleet of well maintained vehicles accommodate all preferences and driving experience. No direct experience? No problem, our team is willing and able to train you (paid of course).

In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely transporting packages to retail and residential destinations while providing exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will ensure timely deliveries, foster positive client relationships, and uphold safety standards. Responsibilities

• Safely operate various vehicles including commercial trucks and automobiles in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
• Plan efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and meet delivery deadlines
• Load, unload, and secure merchandise using safe lifting practices, including heavy lifting when necessary
• Engage with customers professionally to confirm deliveries, answer questions, and build positive relationships
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and proper functioning before each trip
• Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, route logs, and client communications

Requirments

• Proven experience in commercial driving, automobile transportation, or heavy truck operation with a clean driving record preferred but not neccessary
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team coordination
• Ability to handle heavy lifting safely while adhering to safety protocols
• Demonstrated organizational skills to manage schedules, route documentation, and inventory control
• Valid driver’s license with relevant endorsements; experience in commercial truck driving preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment federal drug screening (No THC)

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
