Job Overview

This is a Full-Time / Part-Time TSO-PV Delivery Associate position with Carti Conveyance, LLC. delivering packages to Amazon customers in Marion, IN. We are actively hiring and filling roles quickly. We need reliable, independent, and motivated individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment, stay organized, and deliver with urgency. Responsibilities

• Deliver packages using your personal vehicle (no passengers allowed)
• Safely drive and follow all traffic laws and company policies
• Use your smartphone for GPS navigation, scanning, and communication
• Load and unload packages efficiently
• Deliver packages on time while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Work in all weather conditions and maintain a consistent pace
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Communicate effectively with the team and complete routes as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years old
• Valid non-probationary driver’s license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a 4-panel drug screening
• Must have a clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
• Must have a reliable 4-door personal vehicle (registered & insured)
• Must have a smartphone for delivery operations
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Pay: $22.75 per hour
