Delivery Driver

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company/client vehicles for deliveries, collections, and other assigned errands.
• Deliver documents, supplies, and other items to designated locations accurately and on schedule.
• Ensure all delivered and collected items are properly accounted for and documented.
• Coordinate with clients, receiving personnel, and other stakeholders regarding deliveries and collections.
• Follow all security, access, safety, and client-specific procedures, particularly when entering restricted or controlled areas.
• Maintain the cleanliness, roadworthiness, and proper condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Conduct basic vehicle checks before and after each trip and immediately report any vehicle concerns or incidents.
• Ensure proper handling and confidentiality of documents and items entrusted to the driver.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, trip tickets, receipts, and other required documentation.
• Plan routes efficiently and monitor traffic or other conditions that may affect delivery schedules.
• Immediately report delays, accidents, lost items, or other incidents to the immediate supervisor.
• Perform other driving-related tasks and errands as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate or higher education

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as driver or related field.

• With Driver’s License restrictions 1,2,3 or 8

• With NCII in Defensive Driving (prefer but not required)

• Excellent communications and customer service skills

• Familiar with Metro Manila and nearby areas; knowledgeable in route planning and navigation applications.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable, punctual, responsible, and professional in dealing with clients and stakeholders.

• Must have good moral character and a clean/reputable personal record.

• Must have good credit standing/status and be willing to undergo the required background and/or credit checks.

• Willing to comply with client-specific security and background screening requirements, as applicable.

• Previous experience working with embassies, government offices, international organizations, or other high-security clients is an advantage.
