Responsibilities

• Deliver products efficiently along designated routes, ensuring timely arrivals and pickups.
• Engage with customers professionally to confirm deliveries, answer inquiries, and foster positive relationships.
• Manage merchandise merchandising and organize deliveries for retail stores or clients with precision.
• Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of goods while maintaining safety standards.
• Upsell additional products or services when appropriate, leveraging strong sales skills to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
• Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, route logs, and client communications for organizational efficiency.

Experience

• Proven experience in commercial driving or route driving within retail or distribution environments.
• Familiarity with automobile transportation, heavy lifting, and safe lifting practices.
• Strong math skills for pricing calculations, inventory management, and route planning.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordination.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements for commercial truck driving.
• Prior retail store experience or merchandising background is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to build positive customer relationships through exceptional service delivery.
