Delivery Driver / Pharmacy Support Team Member

Location: West New York, NJ

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 01:00 PM – 6:30 PM

Better Life Pharmacy is looking for a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented team member to join our pharmacy. This position combines delivery, patient communication, and in-pharmacy support. We are looking for someone who is fast, efficient, professional, and willing to take initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver prescriptions to patients in Hudson County and surrounding areas
• Ensure all deliveries are GPS tracked
• Handle cash and copay collections accurately
• Obtain required signatures upon delivery
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients
• Encourage patients to leave Google reviews
• Build relationships with patients and help generate new prescription transfers
• Assist inside the pharmacy during downtime with cleaning, stocking, and light marketing

Requirements:

• Must have your own reliable vehicle
• Must speak English and Spanish
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must be organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Must follow instructions and pharmacy protocols strictly
• Must be proactive, fast, and efficient

Compensation:

• $20–$20 per hour (based on experience)
• $100 bonus for each new patient transfer

Google Review Bonus Structure:

• $50 bonus for 10 reviews collected in 30 days
• $100 bonus for 20 reviews collected in 30 days
• $150 bonus for 30 reviews collected in 30 days

Application Requirement:

Applicants must be comfortable interacting with patients, asking for Google reviews, and helping generate new prescription transfers. This is a performance-driven role that rewards team members who take initiative and contribute to the pharmacy’s growth

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
