Key responsibilities
- Drive assigned vehicles safely to deliver goods to businesses or homes following a set time schedule
- Check the vehicle for fuel, oil, and tire safety before and after every trip
- Load, secure, and unload items carefully to prevent damage using tools like hand trucks or pallet jacks
- Use GPS navigation tools to find the fastest and safest routes
- Fill out logs, delivery receipts, and mileage records accurately
- Speak politely with clients and handle delivery updates or issues
