Duties

• Safely operate various types of vehicles, including commercial trucks and following all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safety standards
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes, utilizing organizational skills and route driving knowledge to maximize productivity
• Load, unload, and secure merchandise with proper heavy lifting practices to prevent damage and ensure safety
• Communicate clearly with clients to confirm delivery details, answer questions, and build positive relationships
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections, perform basic math calculations for pricing or billing purposes, and maintain accurate delivery logs
• Follow merchandising guidelines to ensure products are presented professionally upon delivery

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving preferred
• Strong knowledge of driving laws, route planning, and safe lifting practices
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during deliveries
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordination
• Experience in customer service roles with a focus on building lasting client relationships
• Knowledge of DOT regulations for commercial truck driving is highly desirable
• Organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries efficiently throughout the day

Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,500.00 per week
