Position: Contracted Delivery Driver

Compensation: $15-$20/hour

Graze Craze Arlington is a local catering and charcuterie company serving customers across Northern Virginia, DC, and Maryland. We’re looking for reliable and professional drivers to ensure timely and safe deliveries to our customers.

Position Overview

As a Delivery Driver for Graze Craze Arlington, you’ll be responsible for picking up prepared orders from our kitchen and delivering them to customers in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys driving, has strong attention to detail, and can represent our brand with great customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver orders accurately and on time.
• Load, transport, and unload products safely and carefully.
• Verify order accuracy before leaving the kitchen and at drop-off.
• Communicate with the team about delays, issues, or customer feedback.
• Maintain a clean, reliable vehicle.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Use delivery software or GPS systems for efficient routing.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and presentation.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with up-to-date registration and insurance.
• Clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years).
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Smartphone with GPS and texting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with customers.

Preferred

• Prior experience in food delivery, catering, or courier services.
• Knowledge of local routes and neighborhoods.
• Availability during peak delivery hours (Tues/Wed/Thurs 10-5).

Compensation & Terms

• Paid a total of $15-$20/hour including tips
• Expected 15-25 hours a week
