On Time Parcels, Inc., an independent FedEx Ground service provider, is hiring dependable, motivated, and hardworking Delivery Drivers to join our team!

NO CDL REQUIRED! PREVIOUS DELIVERY EXPERIENCE PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED! PAID TRAINING PROVIDED!

PAY & SCHEDULE

• Starting Pay: $120–$130+ per day
• Paid Training: $100 per day during training
• Full-Time Employment
• Established Delivery Routes
• Home Daily — No Overnight Routes
• Regular Operations: Monday–Saturday, with scheduled days off
• Peak Season: Six working days per week REQUIRED
• Weekend Availability Required

IMPORTANT PEAK SEASON REQUIREMENT:

During our busy holiday season, our company operates SEVEN DAYS PER WEEK. All drivers are required to work SIX DAYS PER WEEK, with one scheduled day off.

Peak-season schedules may include Saturdays and Sundays. Applicants must be willing and available to meet these scheduling requirements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a FedEx Delivery Driver, you will:

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle.
• Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers.
• Load, organize, and unload packages.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Perform daily vehicle safety inspections.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate delivery records.
• Handle packages safely and efficiently.
• Work independently while maintaining communication with management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Applicants MUST:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver's license (Class D or higher).
• Have a safe driving record.
• Be able to pass a DOT physical examination.
• Successfully complete required drug screening.
• Be comfortable operating larger delivery vehicles.
• Be able to lift and carry packages weighing up to 75 lbs. regularly.
• Be able to handle packages weighing up to 150 lbs. using a hand truck or dolly.
• Be dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Be willing to work weekends as scheduled.
• Be available to work SIX DAYS PER WEEK during peak season.

Previous commercial driving or delivery experience is PREFERRED but NOT REQUIRED.

Experience with FedEx, UPS, Amazon, or other delivery services is a plus.
